Utah's Howard fined
Utah Jazz forward Josh Howard has been fined $25,000 for his Flagrant Foul Two in Utah's 104-89 loss to the San Antonio Spurs on Saturday.
The fine was announced by Stu Jackson -- NBA Executive Vice President of Basketball Operations -- on Monday.
Howard was initially called for a Flagrant Foul One against San Antonio's James Anderson with 3.3 seconds remaining in the third quarter. The league office upgraded the call to a Flagrant Foul Two.
