[France Ligue 1] Dijon VS Metz 14.1 [Copy Link]

1#
Dijon: Eliminated in the Coupe de France ( Recent Form: W L W L D )
Dijon is now experiencing a great season. Where the last season ended only one point above the relegation streak, it is currently neatly at Place Ten. In the Coupe de France, however, the team was less well off when it played against Strasbourg, which is currently on the same points in the Ligue 1. Where the teams were in regular playing time in balance (1-1), Strasbourg took a 3-1 lead in the extra time within three minutes that was bridged for Dijon. Tavares was able to do something back for Dijon, but it had to settle for a 3-2 loss. This weekend it will be better if Degradatiekandidaat Metz comes to visit. Considering the home range of Dijon it seems to be good to be able to get 19 of the 24 points before the winter stop were taken in home games.

Metz: Must resume the series of before winter ( Recent Form: D L W W W )
The number of injury cases at Metz was great for the winter break, fortunately for coach Frederic Hantz seem to be able to play J, Baba and Sarr this month all again. In the game won for the Coupe de France, Baba made his first ninety Minutes Vol. Metz took a 0-2 lead in this game against Dunkerque from the Championnat National. It might seem to be exciting when Dunkerque made a counter-hit, but by the second hit by attacker Emmanuel Riviere, it was 1-4 in nine minutes. In The league The Metz goes a lot less well. It is lonely in the last place, with the clubs above at least seven points away. The winter stop was actually inconvenient for the team, considering it was finally working with a good series. After a 1-1 draw at home against Rennes followed a 1-3 victory at Montpellier and a 3-0 win against Strasbourg. Only if Metz can continue on this course it will have a small chance at survival. In the winter stop, one new player was recruited who will have to try to help Metz higher on the rankings, the 32-year-old Danijel Milicevic comes on a rental basis of AA Gent, because he expects to be given more time to play in France.

THE BETTING VERDICT:
After all, I would like to place a medium stake bet on Dijon, considering they are doing very well at home this season and Metz is the ugly duckling of the league. However, it is difficult to estimate in this case. Both teams have just a winter stop behind the back, where Metz managed to perform fine in the three games. Dijon on the other hand had a tricky start in the cup and the odd of 1.90 for a home victory is me too low to take a gamble. What I bet on is goal in both halves, a bet that can also be found on Betway for a slightly lower odd. Dijon played this season in a lot of goal-playing, in the last seven games there were at least three goals scored. Also in the games of Metz is generally much scored and therefore I see value in this bet.

Dijon  VS  Metz

O/U Pick: Over 2.5 @ 1.96.
