[Italian Serie A] Cagliari VS Juventus 7.1 [Copy Link]

Cagliari: lack of stability ( Recent Form: D D L L W )
Cagliari was one of the new teams in the Serie A last season, which made the team one of the favorites for the relegation places, but it never came that far. The results were especially good in their own stadium and Cagliari actually stayed out of the danger zone with ease. This season it all runs a bit stiff with the formation of trainer Diego Lopez. Especially on their own Sardinia, the results are slightly worse than expected. Cagliari ran three times for the home crowd with the full booty of the field and this also includes matches against opponents who are currently all in the last four, namely Crotone, Hellas Verona and Benevento. Cagliari further won three away games and that resulted in the eighteenth place with five points. A safe margin, but Lopez can not afford much, since the teams under Cagliari are motivated to the bone to create a gap with the lowest places. The lack of stability is one of the issues where Cagliari will have to make progress. The team won one of the last six league matches, but then again was an away match against Atalanta Bergamo. In that game, which was scheduled last week, Cagliari quickly rose to 0-2 and that lead was later successfully defended. Repeating that performance against Juventus is now the mission, but to achieve that, everything will have to be done. In addition, Lopez will not have his best players on Saturday night. Joao Pedro and Senna Miangue are suspended, while the name of Daniele Dessena can be broken due to an injury.

Juventus: unbeaten ten times in a row ( Recent Form: W W W W W )
The start of the Juventus season was, as said, a little less than expected, but now the men of Massimiliano Allegri have already shown that the Oude Dame is one of the candidates for the Scudetto. Juventus quickly faced a disadvantage at clubs like Internazionale and Napoli, but in recent weeks the team from Turin managed to boost the pressure on the other top teams. Internazionale was put on a six-run deficit and the gap with Napoli is only a point. The 0-1 victory in Naples was good for the self-confidence and after that match Juventus left only two points. At home, there was a draw against Internazionale, but the other three games were won. Last week, Juventus had to deal with a busy program, as so often. In the competition it was the easy easy snack between Hellas Verona on the program, but that game was almost a surprise. The formation from Verona lasted for a long time, resulting in a 1-1 draw after seventy minutes of football, but by the end of the game Paulo Dybala struck twice. Midweeks Juventus secured a ticket for the semi-final of the Coppa Italia by treating fellow townsman Torino to a decent 2-0 loss. Allegri gave some players peace, but that did not affect the result. Douglas Costa and Mario Mandzukic found it and that was more than enough for the win. Players like Mehdi Benatia, Alex Sandro, Gonzalo Higuain and Sami Khedira were held on the bench against Torino, but they are expected to kick off again against Cagliari. This does not apply to Gianluigi Buffon, Benedikt Howedes, Juan Cuardrado and Mattia De Sciglio. For these players the meeting in Sardinia is too early.

After all, Juventus is in my opinion the big favorite for the game and I honestly expect a relatively simple victory. The team from Turin has produced 48 goals in nineteen matches so far and I can not see Cagliari stopping the attack of the visitors. I therefore play Juventus to score in both halves.
